  1. Prof. Shiba's perspectives reflect the dominant characteristics of all Japanese manufacturing firms who have been successfully weathering all odds to remain buoyant in these testing times. The most interesting part is that these principles have stood up to the test of time and space and hence lead as examples of excellence for all countries.
    This is very succinct comparative study of GM and Toyota in US. Worth reading for all leaders...
